This new web site is in no way connected to the last PLI Validator. We are building this site as quickly as possible to be able to give the same ability to check on the validity of a company's Public Liability Insurance.

FAQ
Q. I registered my business but I am still not validated.
A. Just registering your business with PLI Validator is not enough to validate you. Once you have registered your business with us, you will still need to forward your Public Liability Documents to us along with your £10.00 fee for the year. Please see how to apply.
Q. I have registered with the new site, supplied my PLI Documents and paid my fee, but it says my web site is still not registered.
A. While our unique system detects which web site is linked to the verify page, it is possible that errors can occur.
The link should be as follows:-

If you check your account on this site by clicking on the link, you will see the exact code on the page for your site. Copy the code from the box and paste it into your site at the desired location.
If you suffer any further problems, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Q. I requested an E-Invoice so I can pay, but I sent it from a different email address.
A. We will only deal with the registered email on PLI Validator. You will need to send a request from the email address registered with us.
Q. I registered with PLI Validator some time ago, but it says my business is not registered with you.
A. We are not the PLI Validator that many people have links from their web sites. We are a completely new business using the same URL. You must register with us to be able to recieve the same verification service you had before.

Payment
There is a fee of £10.00 per year to cover administration costs. This can be sent to us as a cheque or postal order made payable to VINCE Web Design.
You can request an E-Invoice sent through email. This email will be sent from our secure Credit Card payment facility, NoChex. Please ensure that the return email is ccpayment@vinceweb.co.uk
PLI Documents
You do not need to send an original copy of your Public Liability Insurance documents as we cannot guarantee the return. You may send a copy of your PLI through email to sales@vinceweb.co.uk as an attachment.
Any document copy must be of good high quality and be readable. If any document is not of this standard, we will not validate your PLI and may not even contact you.
No Documents will be shown on our web site, any documents sent will be held securely and not released to any third party.
